What we collect
Your name, email, phone number, property address and the details you send us about your property or project, plus any documents and photos you share.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
To reply to your enquiry and take steps at your request before an agreement (lawful basis: contract). To deliver the service you book and invoice you (contract). To keep accounts and business records (legal obligation). To keep a record of advice given in case of a later query (legitimate interests). We don't sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the business: our website host and form provider (Netlify), our email provider and our accountant. We share nothing else without your permission, unless the law requires it.
Where your data is stored
This website and its booking form are hosted by Netlify, a major web hosting provider. Like most websites, some of that hosting uses servers outside the UK, including in the United States. Any such transfer is covered by UK-approved data protection safeguards, so your data has the same protection as it would in the UK.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for 6 years for tax and legal purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to how we use it, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Email kieran@mckeeverpp.co.uk and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
